Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor core and a fastening method of the rotor core and a rotation shaft for preventing the rotor core from being deformed in an axial direction due to shrinkage fitting load when the rotor core formed of a laminated steel plate without an end plate is fastened with the rotation shaft by shrinkage fitting.SOLUTION: A rotor core 12 is formed by laminating a plurality of circular steel plates, which have through holes engaged with a shaft 11, in the axial direction. First concave grooves 12a which are depressed to an external side in a radial direction and extend in the axial direction and first convexes 12b which project to an internal side in the radial direction and extend to the axial direction are alternately formed in a circumferential direction on an inner peripheral face dividing the through hole of the rotor core 12. Welding portions 12b-1 coupling the steel plates adjacent in the axial direction are arranged at projected tip faces of the first convexes 12b. The welding portions 12b-1 are continuously disposed from one end to the other end in the axial direction.
