Title:
ROTOR OF DC MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3594572
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor of DC motor, in which a magnet is fixed rigidly within a laminated core of the rotor with projection for adjusting the stepped portion of a flat plate of rotor.
SOLUTION: The rotor 1 is formed by inserting a magnet 5, consisting of four neodymium magnets into a gap of the laminated core 2, holding the flat plate 6 of rotor at the intermediate portion between both ends of an upper plate 3 of rotor and a lower plate 4 of rotor and then fixing both ends with rivets. In this case, a projection (projected piece) 9 for adjusting the stepped portion of the magnet formed on the flat plate 6 of rotor in the direction of facing the magnet of the laminated core 2 firmly fixes the magnet 5 not to allow generation of play and crack thereof due to vibration and impact, facing four magnets 5 inserted into the gap of the laminated core 2. Simultaneously, the magnet 5 is positioned at the center of a stator.
