To provide a rotor of an induction motor in which component ratio and arrangement order of a magnetic material and a conductive material can be flexibly adjusted by constituting the rotor by preparing the magnetic material and the conductive material respectively and flexibly laminating them.
A magnetic annular plate 4 and a conductive annular plate 5 respectively having outer circumferential edges of the same diameter are stacked while aligning their teeth 2 and 2a, and the outer circumferential edges, and both the ends are sandwiched with end rings 7 to configure the rotor of the induction motor. A shaft 6 is brought into contact with an inner circumferential edge 3 of the magnetic annular plate 4 and fitted into the same. On the side face of the rotor, grooves in the magnetic annular plate 4 and the conductive annular plate 5 are connected with each other. The grooves in the magnetic annular plate 4 and the conductive annular plate 5 are filled with a conductive material such as copper or aluminum so as to be integrated by die casting.
