Title:
ROTOR MECHANISM INSTALLING PERMANENT MAGNET IN MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2005184918
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a motor which can be applied to the drive of an electric vehicle or a motor for power needing the capacity of a relatively high load and to particularly improve output turning moment at a high electric load time.

A rotor mechanism installing a permanent magnet in the motor includes a single piece permanent magnet 4a obtained by combining two pieces of permanent magnets 4b1 and 4b2 in protrusion types further in such a manner that the developing angle A of each main magnetic pole of a plurality of main magnetic poles 3b of the rotor 1b is N/2 (odd number of N≥3) times as large as the angle of each groove of a stator 2b, and A is formed to mostly approach to the number of degrees of 360/P (P: the number of the poles of the motor).
