Abstract:
To provide a rotor capable of preventing a shaft from slipping out of a laminated core in an axial direction while preventing length in the axial direction of the rotor from increasing.SOLUTION: A rotor 1 includes a laminated core 4b in which a plurality of electromagnetic steel plates 4a are laminated having through holes 4c (first through holes) into which a shaft 3 is inserted at a center. The respective through holes 4c of the plurality of the electromagnetic steel plates 4a have a non-circular shape when viewed from an axial direction. The laminated core 4b has a step skew structure in which the plurality of steel plate blocks 40 are included in which respective apexes 4j of the through holes 4c overlap with each other when viewed from the axial direction, and the steel plate block 40 is laminated such that positions of the apexes 4j of the through holes 4c of the adjacent steel plate blocks 40 in a circumferential direction are shifted from each other when viewed from the axial direction. Then, the shaft 3 is formed by hydroforming so as to follow an inner peripheral surface 4l of the through hole 4c of the laminated core 4b, and fixed to the laminated core 4b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
