Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a rotor of high reliability, by providing a holding part outside the end plate of a salient-pole field member in its axial direction and securing the holding part of a coupling member, one end of which is engaged with a yoke. CONSTITUTION:A holding part 12 is integrated with an end plate 3 and located outside on the peripheral part of a field coil 5. A coupling member 15 is fitted in the engagement groove 9 of a yoke 1 and located outside the field coil 5 in its axial direction. The tips of a plurality of coupling bolts 16 inserted from the axially outer end of the holding part 12 toward the axis of the coil are screwed in the coupling member 15. The axially outer end of the holding part 12 and the coupling member 15 are connected to each other by a spring restraining force due to the firm tightening of the coupling holts 16. As a result, the end plate, the holding part, the filed coil, etc. are not deformed even if a rotary electric machine rotates rapidly. A high- reliability rotor for the salient-pole rotary electric machine can thus be manufactured.
