Abstract:
To prevent a shaft from being bent when it is to be shrinkage fitted in the rotor of a motor.
The rotor 7 of a motor is immersed in a oil L heated to 150°C approximately, and a shaft 11 at room temperature is inserted into the rotor 7. The shaft 11 is heated to a temperature approximately the same as 150°C and then cooled. According to this process, the bend of the shaft 11 is lessened.
