The rotor structure comprises a commutator 1 having a plurality of commutator bars 2 sliding with respect to a brush in the circumferential direction and having a riser 3 connected with the commutator bar and applying electricity to a coil winding, and ring-like varistor 5 and a print resistor 5 connected electrically with the riser and removing electric noise wherein the ring-like varistor and the print resistor are juxtaposed concentrically with respect to the riser.
