Abstract:
PURPOSE: To ensure the welding space for a helium outer casing to a coil attaching shaft stably by improving the accuracy of the attaching position on the helium outer casing.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of positioning pins 18 for positioning an helium outer casing 7 in the axial direction to a coil attaching shaft 2 are planted into the central part of the helium outer casing 7 in the axial direction at intervals in the circumferential direction. With the position of the positioning pin 18 as the center, thermal shrinkage is made to progress.
