PURPOSE: To overcome high speed rotation and prevent eddy current and harmonic loss by integrally forming a permanent magnet with a forged or rolled solid material and then integrating axes at both ends thereof.
CONSTITUTION: A stator 2 is engaged at the internal side of a frame 1. At the internal side of the stator 2, a solid column type permanent magnet 5, which is magnetized in the direction orthogonal to the rotating axis, is provided via the gap. At both end portions of axial center of the permanent magnet 5, a boss 51, a loading side axis 3L and an unloading side axis 3F are integrally formed, for example, by die forging or cutting by machine to form a rotor 50. At the loading axis 3L and unloading axis 3F, an internal ring of the bearing 6 is engaged and the external ring of the bearing 6 is fixed to a bracket or the like fitted to the frame 1, realizing rotation of the rotor 50. Thereby, the rotor 50 can realize high speed rotation and prevent eddy current and harmonic loss.
