Title:
ROTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS63194551
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a rotor which has high mechanical strength and a preferable balance by axially interposing a ring magnet between N- and S-poles, and so axially bending it that the N- and S-poles do not collide radially at the outer peripheries.

CONSTITUTION: A ring magnet 5 axially magnetized is engaged with a shaft 4 in a rotor, and interposed between iron poles 6 and 7. The outer peripheral edge of the pole 6 is axially bent to cover the pole 7. Further, the poles 6, 7 are so formed as to cross each other in such a manner that the pole 6 is an N-pole and the pole 7 is an S-pole. Thus, the manufacture of the rotor which has high mechanical strength, a preferable balance, a preferable working accuracy and a high efficiency can be facilitated inexpensively.
