Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a roughening method, of an adhesive layer for an additive method, wherein, even when a chromic acid mixture is used as an oxidizing agent in order to roughen the adhesive layer, the amount of Cr3+ and Cr6+ which are brought about in a posterior process can be reduced.
CONSTITUTION: An adhesive layer formed on an insulating board is treated with an oxidizing agent as chromic acid or a mixed solution of chromic acid and sulfuric acid. After that, its surface is treated with sulfuric acid while ultrasonic vibrations are bening applied.
