Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a topology discovery method which can discover a communication route between wireless node devices which can not directly perform wireless communication, while suppressing latency.SOLUTION: A topology discovery method in a communication system having a plurality of nodes and gateways comprises: a step that the gateway acquires, per communication route within 2 hops, link information showing quality of each link constituting the communication route; a step that the gateway determines priority of the communication route for each communication partner node on the basis of the link information; and a step that the gateway retains the priority of each communication route in the form of a topology table.
