PURPOSE: To combine roving and a mat both of which are impregnated with a resin to obtain a desired laminated structure.
CONSTITUTION: A roving and mat arranging apparatus 10 has arranging guide means 16 up and down in a multistage fashion. Each of the arranging guid means 16 is formed from a guide plate 20 extending horizontally and having a through-hole 24 arranged thereto in the longitudinal direction thereof and two upper and lower guide plate holding members 22, 23 holding each of the guide plates 20 from above and below in a freely detachable manner. Rovings are passed through the through-holes of the arbitrary guide plates and mats are allowed to run on the arbitrary upper holding pipes and both of the roving and the mat are guided to form a fiber reinforced laminate having an arbitrary laminated structure.
