PURPOSE: To carry out the extension and the contraction movement of a human body more effectively under the handle load inflicting proportionally with one's weight by linking a hydraulic cylinder device for handle loading between an inclining movement board and a specific position of a handle lever whose fulcrum is on the inclining movement board, and connecting the extension side chambers of the hydraulic cylinders for inclining movement and for handle loading through a load control valve.

CONSTITUTION: At the front end of an inclining movement board 5, steps 23 to place the feet of a user are provided to fix at the positions regulated by an adequate position regulating device, and a display 24 to display the load inflicted to a handle is provided. The extension side chambers 14A of cylinder devices 14 for handle loading are connected to the extension side chamber 8A of a cylinder device 8 for inclining movement with a fluid pressure hose 25 through a load control valve 26, and a pressure converter 26 is connected to the hydraulic pressure hose 25 between the cylinder devices 14 for handle loading and the load control valve 26 to compose a closed circuit. The contraction side chambers 8B and 14B of the cylinder devices 8 and 14 are ventilated to the atmosphere.
