To provide a presentation/performance royalty collection system, a collection method and a program in which a report of performance information generating a presentation/performance royalty due to presentation is performed not by a copyright user or an organizer but by the concert hall side which is a third person.
The concert hall side performing a concert or a play registers the ID of a group/person using the hall and the contents of performance in a copyright management association terminal 30 from its hall terminal 20 through a network 100. A hall user approves the performance contents registered from the hall terminal 20 on the copyright management association terminal 30 from his or her own user terminal 10 through the network 100. After approval of the user, the copyright management association collects a royalty from a user's account which is previously registered.
