The rubber chip manufacturing method includes: a process for grinding the rubber material laminate, which is constituted by bonding a plurality of kinds of rubber materials directly or through a non-rubber material and of which the specific gravity difference with at least one of one rubber material and the other rubber material is 10% or above, to form rubber chips; a particle size sorting process for sorting the particle sizes of the rubber chips to sort at least one particle group of which the particle size difference is 0.5 mm or below; and a process for further sorting the specific gravities of the rubber chips sorted in particle size.
