Abstract:
To provide a rubber composite material capable of enhancing adhesive properties of a nonwoven fabric and a rubber, enhancing durability of the rubber article when the material is used as a reinforcing material of the rubber article such as a tire, a belt or the like, and lightening and the rubber article using the same.
The rubber composite material comprises the nonwoven fabric, a film formed with a metal or a metal compound capable of being reactive with a sulfur on surfaces of filaments for constituting the fabric by a physical vapor deposition method(PVD) or a chemical vapor deposition method(CVD), and the rubber adhered to the film and coating the fabric.
