(Mw) to a number average mol.wt. (Mn) of ≤3.5, 50 to 0 pts.wt. component (b), diene base rubber exclusive of the component (a) (where the total amt. of the component (a) and the component (b) is specified to 100 pts.wt.), 10 to 50 pts.wt. crosslinkable monomel, 20 to 80 pts.wt. inorg. filler and an effective amt. of an org. peroxide.
