To provide a rubber composition for tires outstandingly enhancing heat-aging resistance and wear resistance by solving the problem that the conventional rubber composition for tires has room for improvement in heat-aging resistance and wear resistance although it has been tried that an acrylate compound and an alkylsulfide crosslinking agent are formulated to the rubber composition for tires in order to enhance the heat resistance of the rubber composition for tires conventionally, and a pneumatic tire using it.
The rubber composition for tires includes 0.3-5 pts.mass of an acrylate compound and 2-6 pts.mass of a cyclic polysulfide and 100 pts.mass of a diene-based rubber. In the pneumatic tire, the rubber composition for tires is used for cap treads.
