Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for a tire which is excellent in dispersibility of a white filler and is excellent in wet grip performance when formed into a tire, and to provide a pneumatic tire using the rubber composition for a tire.SOLUTION: The rubber composition for a tire contains a diene rubber (A), an ester compound (B), and a white filler (C). The ester compound (B) is at least one ester compound selected from the group consisting of a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether sulfate, a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether phosphate, a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether acetate, a polyoxyethylene alkyl sulfosuccinate, and a polyoxyethylene fatty acid amide ether sulfate. The content of the ester compound (B) is 0.5-20 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the white filler (C).SELECTED DRAWING: None
