Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for a tire rim cushion or a gum finishing excellent in low heat generation properties and wear resistance.SOLUTION: Provided is a rubber composition for a tire rim cushion or a gum finishing containing a diene rubber, carbon black and silica, in which the diene rubber includes a modified polymer obtainable by reacting a natural rubber and/or an isoprene rubber and a conjugated diene polymer with a nitrone compound, in the diene rubber, the content of the natural rubber and/or the isoprene rubber is 30 to 60 mass%, the content of the modified polymer is 8 to 70 mass%, the nitrogen adsorption specific surface area of the carbon black is 60 to 150 m/g, to 100 pts.mass of the diene rubber, the content of the carbon black is 5 to 85 pts.mass, the content of the silica is 5 to 85 pts.mass, and the total content of the carbon black and the silica is 60 to 90 pts.mass.
