Abstract:
To provide a rubber composition for tire treads, which can shorten the vulcanization time of the rubber composition and improve the wet performance and rolling resistance of the tire treads without deteriorating other physical properties, and to provide a pneumatic tire using the same.
This rubber composition for treads comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of a rubber component comprising natural rubber obtained by drying a lower layer component separated from a natural rubber field latex by a centrifugal method, (B) 10 to 90 pts.wt. of silica, and (C) 10 to 90 pts.wt. of carbon black, and a pneumatic tire using the rubber composition is provided.
