Abstract:
To provide a rubber composition improved in both of the elongation at break and the hardness of the rubber component and also good in processability.
The rubber composition for tire comprises 100 pts.wt. of a diene rubber, 5-100 pts.wt. of silica, 0.5-20 pts.wt. of a glycidyl ether-type epoxy resin 100C or lower in softening point, and 1-10 wt.%, based on the epoxy resin, of a curing agent containing nitrogen atom in the molecule.
