Abstract:

To provide a rubber composition for tires and a tire which are capable of improving grip performance (on-ice performance) on a frozen road surface.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to the rubber composition for tires which contains: a rubber component containing an isoprene rubber and a butadiene rubber; a resin; and magnesium oxide. The ratio of the content of the isoprene rubber to the content of the resin is 1.2 or more, and the ratio of the content of the butadiene rubber to the content of the resin is 1.5 or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
