Abstract:
To provide a rubber composition that has improved on-ice performance, and a studless tire having a tire member composed of the rubber composition.SOLUTION: A rubber composition contains: a rubber component 100 pts.mass containing a natural rubber 30 mass% or more in which a nitrogen content is 0.30 mass% or less, and butadiene rubber 30 mass% or more; and carbon black 10 pts.mass or more in which the ratio (CTAB/IA) between a cetyltrimetylammonium bromide adsorption specific surface area (CTAB) and an iodine absorption (IA) is 1.1 or more, with respect to the rubber component 100 pts.mass.SELECTED DRAWING: None
