Abstract:
To improve processability while suppressing decrease in wear resistance.SOLUTION: A rubber composition for tires according to an embodiment contains 1-150 pts.mass of silica and 0.5-20 pts.mass of a cyclic alkoxide represented by a following general formula (1) based on 100 pts.mass of a rubber component containing a hydrogenated copolymer which is obtained by hydrogenating an aromatic vinyl-conjugated diene copolymer and which has a weight-average molecular weight of 300,000 or more and a hydrogenation rate of a conjugated diene moiety of 80 mol% or more. In the formula (1), M represents a divalent metal atom; and R1 and R2 each represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, a hydroxy group-substituted alkyl group, an amino group-substituted alkyl group or a thiol group-substituted alkyl group.SELECTED DRAWING: None
