Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a sulfur-based crosslinkable rubber composition capable of giving crosslinked forms or crosslinked foams with high rigidity when crosslinked, usable for backing reinforcing materials for metallic plates.
CONSTITUTION: The objective rubber composition can be obtained by incorporating (I) a total of 100 pts.wt. of (A) 5-95wt.% of a crosslinkable liquid rubber and (B) 5-95wt.% of a crosslinkable solid rubber with (C) 5-500 pts.wt. of an inorganic filler, (D) 10-200 pts.wt. of a tackifier, (E) 1-100 pts.wt. of a sulfur- based crosslinking agent, and (F) 0-100 pts.wt. of a foaming agent.
