Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently obtain a rubber cured product highly excellent in compression set, therefore useful for O-rings in automotive and aircraft fuel systems, lubricating oil systems and hydraulic fluid systems, square rings, O-rings for semiconductor devices, copier roll materials, rubber molded products for various sealing use, materials for various diaphragms, or the like, and usable in various applications.
SOLUTION: This rubber cured product is obtained by after-treatment of a rubber cured product of a curable rubber composition comprising a curable organopolysiloxane, a curing agent therefor and a silica filler 0.001-10 μm in average particle size with a hydrolyzable aminosilane or hydrolyzable amidosilane each having Si-N bond.
