A plurality of rubber extruders M and an extrusion head 3 extruding a rubber extrudate W having a plurality of cross-sectional regions formed by the rubbers G, which is extruded from the rubber extruders M, from the die 2 provided to the surface S1 on the extrusion side thereof are included. The rubber extruders M include the main rubber extruders M1-M3 connected to the surfaces S2 other than the surface S1 on the extrusion side of the extrusion head 3 and the auxiliary rubber extruder M4 connected to the surface S1 on the extrusion side. The extrusion head 3 has a guide member 6 equipped with a groove-like flow channel, which forms a partition wall-like cross-sectional region dividing a rubber preform formed from rubbers G1-G3 extruded from the main rubber extruders M1-M3 in a sheet width direction to the rubber preform by the rubber G4 extruded from the auxiliary rubber extruder M4, on the upstream side of the die 2.
