Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber masterbatch containing a cellulose nanofiber which takes the environment into consideration and is useful as a raw material for vulcanization rubber compositions having excellent fracture characteristics.SOLUTION: A rubber masterbatch containing a cellulose nanofiber is obtained by removing water from a water dispersion of a solid concentration of 3 mass% or lower containing a cellulose nanofiber of an average fiber width below 100 nm and a rubber latex. In the rubber masterbatch containing a cellulose nanofiber, the water dispersion preferably contains a cationic polymer or a cationic surfactant.
