PURPOSE: To provide a rubber pad easily fitted/removed to/from a shoe plate and fitted positively and safely so as not to come off during the travel of a vehicle, regarding the rubber pad fitted to a metal crawler mounted to a mobile construction machine, a civil working vehicle, or the like.
CONSTITUTION: A rubber pad 3 to be fitted to the ground plane of a shoe plate 1 made of iron with a sediment discharge hole at the center has two pad members 4, 4' formed of core metal 6 provided with a rubber lug formed of rubber and shorter than the longitudinal half length of the shoe plate 1, and a connecting part embedded in the non-ground-plane side of the rubber lug, with a hook part formed at one end part so as to be engaged with the end part of the shoe plate 1 and with an oblong hole bored in the other end part. Two pad members 4, 4' are set opposedly at the connecting part and removably fitted to the shoe plate 1 by inserting a wedge-shaped fitting into the oblong hole and connecting by a bolt member 5.
