Abstract:

To provide a rubber process oil having relatively low viscosity, excellent in workability at low temperature, improving working environment at high temperature, and excellent in weatherability and heat resistance of a rubber composition and a rubber composition including it.

This rubber process oil has 95-300 mm2/s dynamic viscosity at 40°C, having ≥445°C of 5 volume % distillation temperature in distillation and ≥+15 hue (Saybolt color), and the rubber composition is formulated with this process oil in amount of 10-75 wt.%.
