Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a rubber seal which can efficiently manufacture the rubber seal which is improved in the stability of a thickness and a shape.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a rubber seal 70, a screen 84 having an opening 90 is arranged above a workpiece W having a bead base 60, and an apex 64 of the bead base 60 is coated with a liquid material for use in the formation of the rubber seal through the opening 90. The screen 84 has a mesh 92 which is exposed at the opening 90. The mesh 92 exposed from the opening 90 has a mesh main body 93 composed of a plurality of thin metal wires 96 which intersect with one another, and a firm adhesion part 98 for making the thin metal wires 96 firmly adhere to one another in a cross point of the plurality of thin metal wires 96.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
