To provide a rubber sheet capable of being bonded to a coating layer made of a urethane coated waterproof material or cement mortar without using any primer coating.
A rubber sheet 1, 1A capable of being bonded to a coating layer 5 made of an urethane coating waterproof material or cement mortar is provided. The rubber sheet 1, 1A comprises shape retaining layers 3 and 7 and a non-vulcanized rubber sheet layer 2 laminated to the shape retaining layers. The non-vulcanized rubber sheet 2 contains (A) 100 pts.wt. of a rubber material selected from the group consisting of a mixture of a nitrile-based synthetic rubber and a recycled butyl rubber; (B) 1.25 to 100 pts.wt. of a hydrophilic polymer; (C) 1.25 to 100 pts.wt. of calcium oxide; (D) 20 to 400 pts.wt. of an olefinic resin ; and (E) 0.5 to 10 pts.wt. of a substance containing an amino group.
