PURPOSE: To prevent deformation of a rubber tile to be caused by thermal expansion by adding hardening agent and sulfur to the regenerated rubber chip material to compose the vulcanized rubber component, and embedding a structure, which has a coefficient of thermal expansion smaller than that of the vulcanized rubber component, in the vulcanized rubber component.
CONSTITUTION: A structure member 3 is embedded in the vulcanized rubber component 2 to form a rubber tile 1. Hydroxyl group polybutadiene as binder and polyisocyanide as hardening agent are mixed to the regenerated rubber chip material, and they are heated and solidified to form the vulcanized rubber component. Iron and resin PP or the like having a coefficient of thermal expansion smaller than that of the vulcanized rubber component are used as the structure member 3. When the rubber tile 1 is heated, since a coefficient of thermal expansion of the structure member 3 is small, deformation of the vulcanized rubber component 2 is hindered to prevent peeling and floating.
