The solid center 1 has a diameter of 29-35mm and the cover layer 3a and 3b is respectively formed of mainly an ionomer resin as the substrate resin wherein the inner cover layer 3a has a flexural rigidity of 300-600MPa and the outer cover layer 3b has a flexural rigidity of 50-300MPa. the solid center 1 is formed as an amount of strain is 1-2.5mm when the solid center 1 is loaded by 10kg load at the initial state and by 30kg load at the final state and also the value of (thickness of the outer cover layer 3b)/(thickness of the rubber yarn layer 2 plus thickness of the inner cover layer 3a plus thickness of the outer cover layer) is made to be in a range of 0.1-0.35.
