Abstract:
To provide a run flat tire enhancing run flat durability by preventing a crack from being generated on an upper area of a bead part on an inner side of a vehicle in run flat traveling.
In the run flat 1 provided with a hard reinforcement rubber layer 10 having a crescent-like cross section on an inner surface side of a side wall part 3, an attachment position to the vehicle is designated and a rim protect bar 11 swelled to an outer side in a tire width direction is formed only on an upper area of a rim flange Rf in a bead part 2 on an outer side of the vehicle. A wind-up terminal 5a of the innermost carcass layer 5 on the inner side of the vehicle is arranged in a position of 80% or less or 200% or more of the height H of the rim flange Rf.
