PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the running and shift structure of a working vehicle which can carry out the operation to the speed reduction side by using an assist force, even when it is detected that the operating direction of a shift operation unit is both in the speed increase direction and the speed decrease direction by operation condition detecting means.
SOLUTION: While a shift operation unit 26 which is linked and connected mechanically to the speed change part of a continuously variable transmission 3 and operated artificially is provided, an asist means 23 to give an assist force to the operation of the speed change operation unit 26 is provided, operation condition detecting means 27 and 28 to detect that the speed change operation unit 26 is operated artificially, and its operating direction, are provided, and a control means to operate the assist means 23 to give the assist force in the operating direction of the speed change operation unit 26 is also provided. When it is detected that the operating direction of the speed change operation unit 26 is both in the speed increase and the speed decrease directions by the operation condition detecting means 27 and 28, the control means operates the assist means 23 to give the assist force in the speed reducing direction to the speed change operation unit 26.
