Abstract:
PURPOSE:To convert the image data given from the outside corresponding to the density conversion data corresponding thereto at a high speed by developing image data received on the basis of density conversion data on a plurality of bit planes while converting the same to density data. The full color image data developed on a page memory 205 is read as a raster image by giving the raster scanning address AR synchronous to a recording part 2,000 from a printer driver 206 as the address of the page memory 205. The data relating to the density conversion in the translation part 203 is given from the host computer 1. By this method, high speed processing becomes possible.
