Abstract:
To fixedly maintain the viscosity of a rust preventive material used for the reinforcing rod of an ALC (Autoclaved Lightweight Concrete) panel without exerting adverse influence on the rust preventive performance of the rust preventive material.
The rust preventive material used for a reinforcing rod in an autoclaved lightweight concrete panel comprises cement, water, a resin emulsion and a cement curing inhibitor. Further, the resin emulsion and the cement curing inhibitor comprise a polyoxyethylene based nonionic surfactant. The polyoxyethylene based nonionic surfactant comprised in the resin emulsion preferably has an HLB value of 12 to 18.
