Abstract:
To provide a rustproofed metal substrate in which the metal substrate has a large corrosion-proof effect by an insulating polyaniline membrane not containing a dopant, and a method for rustproofing the surface of a metal substrate.
In the rustproofed metal substrate, a paint film containing insulating polyaniline in a high oxidation state (PE state) is formed on the surface of the metal substrate. In the method for rustproofing the surface of the metal substrate, the paint film containing the insulating polyaniline in the high oxidation state (PE state) is formed on the surface of the metal substrate.
