Abstract:
To provide compounds which inhibit several variants of the reverse transcriptase of HIV, and are useful in the treatment of HIV infections.
The compounds of S-triazolyl α-mercaptoacetanilides having a general formula (I) are provided, wherein Q is CO2H, CONR2, SO3H, or SO2NR2.
