PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition for alleviating or delaying progression of one or more symptoms of Relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (RR-MS), Secondary-progressive multiple sclerosis (SP-MS), Primary-progressive multiple sclerosis (PP-MS) and Progressive relapsing multiple sclerosis (PR-MS).SOLUTION: The present invention provides an S1P receptor modulator that is 2-amino-2-[2-(4-octylphenyl)ethyl]propane-1,3-diol (FTY720), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: None
