Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddle stitch bookbinding device capable of inspecting position lag of a signature surely.SOLUTION: The saddle stitch bookbinding device is configured so that a main-sheet 2 and a signature 2a which becomes a front page 4 are supplied so as to be engaged on a transportation passage 10, and the signature 2a is collated and then saddle-stitched for bookbinding. A collating lag inspection method for the saddle stitch bookbinding device is provided. The collating lag inspection method images a regulated range regulated in advance of inside of the plural signatures 2a arranged on the transportation passage 10, and compares the image and a reference image of collating which is regulated in advance, for inspecting collating lag before saddle-stitching.
