To provide practical safe management equipment which gives considerations to measures against a fire.
This safe management equipment is provided with a room for installing a safe 2. The safe 2 is provided with an openable/closable door, a storage section 23, a room communication passage which communicates with the storage section 23 and the inside 3A of the room, and an external communication passage 25 which communicates with the storage section 23 and the outside. The safe 2 is also equipped with a passage 7 which communicates with the external communication passage 25 and the outside 3B of the room, a fan 10 for sucking air into the passage 7, and a fire detecting means 11 for detecting the fire on the inside 3A of the room. When the fire on the inside 3A of the room is detected by the fire detecting means 11, the fan 10 is operated to discharge air on the outside 3B of the room 3 into the inside 3A of the room via the passage 7, the external communication passage 25, the storage section 23 of the safe 2, and the room communication passage.
