PURPOSE: To prevent a dangerous condition by flat safety belts with elasticity which cover the ends of the left side and the right side conveyers, and the end of a platform, at a specific width, by providing the conveyers at the interval of a specific scope, fixing the lower ends of shaped steels to a roadbed on the center lines of the intervals of the convers and the platform, and providing continued partition wall bodies whose tops are higher than the heights of the conveyers and the platform.

CONSTITUTION: Intervals between conveyers and a platform 3 are opened about 10cm to 20cm, the lower sides of shaped steels or the like for partition walls are fixed to a roadbed 11 on the center lines of the above intervals, and their tops are made higher than the heights of the conveyers 1 and 2 and the platform 3. Slender safety belts 10 whose center is solid and both ends are a rubber form soft body are screwed up to the tops from the upper side of the center lines. In this case, both ends of the safety belts are placed to cover the ends of the left side and the right side conveyers 1 and 2, and the platform 3 about 1 to 5cm. Consequently, a dangerous condition of contacting passengers each other by the conveyers 1 and 2 can be prevented.
