To widen a feed opening to easily put in or take out valuables and simplify the opening/closing mechanism of an openable cover and a lid.

Key discrimination parts 10, 11 of a master key and a card key are built in a lock mechanism unit, 8 connecting to a box body. An opening/ closing lid 8 of an aperture for inserting a key seting card is provided. The key discrimination parts 10, 11 have a movable part which can be downwardly moved by pushing in a master card or a card key. A lid lock member 12 having a lid lock claw 12a engageable with the lid 8 is connected to the movable part of the master key side and there is provided a cover frock member 13 having a cover lock claw 9 which is movable downward in the interlocking relation with both movable parts of the master key side and the card key side and engageable with the opening/closing cover while urging both movable parts upward in the normal condition. The opening/closing cover may be formed as a shutter type.
