The system is composed of an information terminal 5 carried by an access making person and a server computer 1 for providing the access making person with safety information. The server computer 1 comprises a group address generating means 22 for generating group identification information and an exclusive page address, member registering means 22, 25 for registering member identification information belong to the formed group in relation to group specifying information, safety information storing means 22, 25 for storing the member identification information and the safety information related thereto after receiving the member identification information and the safety information, and a general broadcast radio wave transmitting means for transmittingthe safety information of members belonging to the group stored by the safety information storing means 22, 25 with a general semiconductor radio wave carrying the safety information related to the group identification information to which the members belong.
