Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problem that mental burden for on care worke is extremely heavy since details can not be confirmed on what happens on an object person even when an emergency report is received, and a care worker can not be apart from the object person.
SOLUTION: This system is provided with a safety means for judging the safety state of the object person by a non-invasive vital sensor and a reporting means for reporting the safe/non-safe state to prescribed portable radio equipment, and when the abnormality of the object person is decided, the safety deciding means sends the safety details of the object person through the internet by driving the reporting means.
